DIRECT HIRE CARPENTER POSITION IN FINDLAY, OHIO

Required Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic understanding of construction or maintenance practices (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
- Ability to work independently when required, demonstrating initiative and responsibility
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with blueprint interpretation and measurement
- Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols
- Familiarity with various construction materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces (if applicable)
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training or certification in carpentry or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field; experience with construction projects and team collaboration a plus

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
