Title Billing Clerk
Priority Personnel is hiring an Office Manager for an automotive dealership located in San Marcos, TX. Employee MUST have previous expereince working in an automotive dealership office setting.
Pay rate: Depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (During closeout, we will work until close (1-2 days per month).)
Job Duties:
- Manage daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee daily bank, cash handling, and support month-end closings
- Lead and support the accounting team for efficient workflows
- Coordinate across departments to ensure accurate deal postings, incentives, and receivables
- Accurately stock in inventory
- Maintain accurate records for accounting, vehicle sales, registration, and title processing
- Floor trades and purchases with GM Financial
- Willingness to learn
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts daily
- Sales Tax Reporting
- Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan
- Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal
- Controls petty cash amounts for the dealership and sales department
- Reconciles select accounts monthly
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership office setting
- Prior experience with Tekion or CDK and GM dealership procedures strongly preferred
- Other tasks as assigned
