Hamilton-Ryker Names Ronnie Cook 2014 Employee of the Year

Hamilton-Ryker names Ronnie Cook their 2014 Employee of the Year. This award is given for excellent service to their customers, associates and employees.

“Trustworthy and honest are two words that definitely describe Ronnie, says Kelly McCreight, President of Hamilton-Ryker. ” Ronnie never complains about anything except when someone is not doing their job. His clients are truly partners, not just clients. He has a personality that draws people in with whatever he is talking about. He was promoted from Area Manager to Regional Director this past year because of his continued dedication and commitment to the Hamilton-Ryker team and his clients. He is our very own Hamilton-Ryker grill chef for all of our client cookouts and tailgates and if you haven’t tasted his grilled tenderloin, you are missing out! This employee eats, sleeps and breathes Hamilton-Ryker!”

Mr. Cook began his career with Hamilton-Ryker as a Staffing Coordinator in January of 2000. He was recently promoted in 2014 from Area Manager to Regional Director for several of their west Tennessee offices.

Born in Memphis, TN and raised in Sidonia, TN, Ronnie attended Sharon High School, University of Tennessee at Martin, and Jackson State. Married to Michelle Cook, a private duty nurse for CareAll, they have three children, Karsen (21) and Kendal (19), both attending University of Tennessee at Martin, and Keaton (16) attending Greenfield High School.

Ronnie has worked for Hamilton-Ryker for the past fifteen years. He is very involved in his community including board of directors for First State Youth Leadership, and a member of the Greenfield Booster Club.

“Hamilton-Ryker is more than just a company, it is like a second family,” said Ronnie. I have had great leadership to help get me to where I am today and I also have a great staff.”
