Based in Fremont, Ohio, our organization specializes in decorating aluminum cans for small and mid-sized beverage brands nationwide. In this role, you will support the Lead Digital Print Operator in ensuring smooth production and top-quality products. Your responsibilities include monitoring print quality, assisting with equipment operation and troubleshooting, and safely managing materials using a forklift.
Required Skills:
- Minimum two years’ manufacturing or industrial experience
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operation and maintenance
- Forklift operation experience; current certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and team collaboration
- Willingness to learn and adapt to diverse tasks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience with digital printing or can decorating processes
- Basic mechanical repair skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant manufacturing or industrial background
Other Requirements:
- Ability to operate a forklift safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
