TIME STAFFING IS HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Job Title: Digital Press Operator (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Loudonville, OH (must also be willing to work in Ashland, OH as needed)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating digital presses and related finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
Responsibilities
• Operate digital printing presses and finishing equipment
• Ensure print quality meets production standards
• Perform routine press setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
• Follow production schedules and job specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support production needs at both Loudonville and Ashland locations as required
• Work overtime when business needs require (not typical)
Qualifications
• Previous digital press experience preferred
• Experience with HP Indigo is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work at both Loudonville and Ashland locations
